Affiliate Program Terms

PinsFlow AI Affiliate Program Terms — Version 1 1. The program. PinsFlow AI (a division of MJ Professional Solutions, LLC) operates a referral program that pays a commission on eligible subscription payments made by customers you refer. 2. Commission. Affiliates earn 20% recurring commission on eligible successful subscription payments made by referred customers, for as long as the customer remains an active paying customer and the affiliate remains in good standing. Commission is calculated on the actual eligible amount received, after any discount or promotional code, and excludes taxes, shipping, and processing adjustments. 3. Eligible payments. Only successful, settled subscription payments are eligible. Failed, incomplete, fraudulent, refunded, or disputed payments are not eligible. 4. Attribution. Referrals are tracked with a unique referral link and a 60-day attribution window. If a visitor arrives through your link and becomes a paying customer within 60 days, the sale is attributed to you. 5. Multiple affiliates. Where a customer clicks links belonging to more than one affiliate, the most recent qualifying click within the attribution window is credited (last click wins). Once a customer account is linked to an affiliate, that link is permanent and is not reassigned. 6. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts. Affiliates may not refer themselves, use their own link for their own purchase, or create duplicate accounts to generate commission. Doing so results in reversed commissions and may result in termination. 7. Commission hold. New commissions are created as Pending and are held for 30 days before becoming available for payout, to allow for refunds and disputes. 8. Refunds, chargebacks, cancellations. If a qualifying payment is refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed or rejected. If the commission was already paid, the amount is recorded as an adjustment and may be deducted from future earnings where legally and contractually permitted. Cancellation stops future commissions once no further eligible payments occur. 9. Minimum payout. The minimum payout is $25. Balances below $25 carry forward to the next payout period. 10. Payout schedule. Payouts are normally processed monthly for commissions that have satisfied the holding period and the minimum, subject to a completed payout account and, where enabled, administrator approval. 11. Payout accounts. Payouts are made through our payment provider's secure hosted onboarding. PinsFlow AI does not store affiliate bank account details. 12. Prohibited promotion. Affiliates may not use spam, unsolicited email, misleading claims, false urgency, cookie stuffing, malware, automated click generation, or trademark-infringing use of the PinsFlow AI name or logo. Bidding on PinsFlow AI brand terms or variations in paid search, and using the brand name in display URLs, is prohibited without written permission. 13. No guaranteed results. Affiliates may accurately describe available PinsFlow AI features and how they help users create, schedule, optimize, and manage Pinterest marketing. Affiliates may NOT claim guaranteed Pinterest traffic, sales, clicks, saves, followers, income, Etsy sales, or Shopify sales, and may not advertise features that do not exist in the product. 14. Disclosure. Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship wherever they promote PinsFlow AI, for example: "I may earn a commission if you purchase PinsFlow AI through my affiliate link." 15. Suspension and termination. PinsFlow AI may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or conduct that harms the brand. Commissions associated with fraudulent or non-compliant activity may be withheld or reversed. 16. Outstanding commissions. On voluntary termination, commissions that have satisfied the hold period and minimum are paid on the next normal payout cycle. On termination for fraud or breach, outstanding commissions may be forfeited. 17. Changes to the program. PinsFlow AI may change commission rates, attribution windows, payout minimums, holding periods, and these terms. Material changes are published with a new version number and may require re-acceptance. 18. Taxes. Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying all taxes on commissions earned, and for providing any tax information required by law. 19. Independent contractor. Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship. 20. No guaranteed earnings. Participation in the program does not guarantee any earnings. 21. Governing terms. These affiliate terms supplement the PinsFlow AI Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
