This Privacy Policy describes how PinsFlow AI, a division of MJ Professional Solutions, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website pinsflowai.com and our service (the "Service").
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials.
We collect the blog URLs, text, images, and other content you submit to generate Pinterest pins, as well as the pins we generate on your behalf.
If you connect your Pinterest account, we receive access tokens and board information necessary to publish pins to your account. We only use this access to deliver the Service.
If you connect your Etsy shop, we receive an OAuth access token and read your active listings (title, description, price, images, listing URL, and creation date) solely to generate Pinterest pins for those listings on your behalf. We do not access buyer data, orders, messages, or financial information. We store listing metadata to power the pin-generation and auto-import features, and we delete it when you disconnect your Etsy shop or delete your account. Etsy is a trademark of Etsy, Inc.; this application is not endorsed by or affiliated with Etsy.
If you connect a Shopify store, we read product information (title, description, price, images, product URL) to generate Pinterest pins. We do not access customer or order data.
We automatically collect IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and timestamps for security, analytics, and product improvement.

You can disconnect Etsy, Shopify, or Pinterest at any time from the corresponding page in the app. Disconnecting Etsy immediately revokes our stored access token and deletes the cached listing metadata for that shop. Pins you have already generated remain in your account until you delete them. To delete your entire account and all associated data, email support@pinsflowai.com.
We retain account information for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time, after which we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except where retention is required by law.
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at support@pinsflowai.com to exercise these rights.
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
