Welcome to PinsFlow AI, a division of MJ Professional Solutions, LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pinsflowai.com and our service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right, including Pinterest's terms.
  • Generate or publish content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, or infringing.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Service.
  • Use the Service to send spam or engage in inauthentic behavior on Pinterest.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service, including publishing pins to your connected Pinterest account.

5. Pinterest Integration

The Service uses the Pinterest API. By connecting your Pinterest account, you also agree to Pinterest's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Pinterest.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that pins will achieve any particular level of engagement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinsFlow AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
