Welcome to PinsFlow AI, a division of MJ Professional Solutions, LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pinsflowai.com and our service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service, including publishing pins to your connected Pinterest account.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Pinterest, Etsy, and Shopify via their official APIs. By connecting any of these accounts, you also agree to that platform's terms of service and API usage policies. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, Etsy, or Shopify.
Etsy: PinsFlow reads your shop listings (titles, descriptions, images, prices, URLs) solely to generate Pinterest pins on your behalf. We cache listing data temporarily to power the listings grid and auto-import. You can disconnect your Etsy shop at any time from the Etsy page; disconnecting revokes our access token and deletes cached listing data from our database, as required by Etsy's API terms and GDPR. Pins already published to your Pinterest account remain in your Pinterest account and are not affected by disconnection. We do not access your Etsy orders, buyer information, or payment data.
Shopify: PinsFlow reads your active product catalog (up to 50 products per fetch) via the domain you provide. Removing a store from PinsFlow deletes the cached product data. We do not access customer, order, or payment information.
Pinterest: Pins generated by the Service are published to the Pinterest account you connect. You are responsible for ensuring your pins comply with Pinterest's Community Guidelines and Merchant Guidelines.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that pins will achieve any particular level of engagement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinsFlow AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
